Billing and Packs 

You can pay for Genfty’s services by buying credits, 1 credit = $0.01. 

Genfty.com offers different kinds of Pricing packs: Free plan, Pro Plan, and premium, The free plan is free to use and limited by the number of credits offered by Genfty (see pricing for more information). We also provide paid packs which can be available by purchasing new credits, using different payment ways. 

The Pro Plan is a pay-as-you-go model, you can benefit from it using the balance credits. you can buy each credit for $0.01, and then use credits to download your generated items or to upload them to the IPFS.

The premium plan is provided by the Genfty team, and depends on some criteria: Size of your collection, Number of items, Number of layers, and Rarity… You have to request a quote and answer some questions before getting the price.

Free Plan

Genfty services are free to use, you can generate and preview your NFTs collection with no payment required. 

This offer (the "Free"), which is made to you by Genfty.com, entitles you access to the Genfty Services for free with no card or billing information required, keep in mind that this offer is limited to 100 Credits.

Extra credits:

The system will automatically deduct the credits as you use them. You can purchase extra credits at all times.

To buy credits via our secure online payment system, follow these steps:

• Sign in to your account at genfty.com.
• Click The balance icon at the top right of the page.
• Click on Add new payment.
• Choose the number of credits you wish to purchase;
• Choose the payment method you want to use.

Payment policies:

To buy credits you’ll be asked to complete the payment process by adding your billing information.

All information provided by the User in connection with a purchase or transaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your payment method used in connection with a purchase or with the Service. You will pay applicable taxes, if any, relating to your purchases.

Refunds:

Refunds are not applicable after 30 days of using the Genfty generator service if the user has generated and downloaded or uploaded to IPFS one or more NFTs that are included in the pro or premium plans. However, if a user has bought credits and didn’t use them he can use them at any time using the same account or transfer the credits to another account.

Before 30 Days the user can request a refund by filling and submitting the following  refund request: REFUND REQUEST

In all cases, refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days, however, it’s significant to note that the fees charged by the payment processor are non-refundable.
